We are located in Maslak, the heart of the business world, just a 3-minute walk from the ITU-Ayazaga metro station.

We have been helping you achieve your fitness goals in Maslak for 8 years with our experienced coaching staff.

If you wish, you can join our group lessons every day in our spacious and airy area, where 2-3 coaches accompany you at the same time, or you can take private lessons for your purpose at any day and time you wish.

CrossFit®

In CrossFit, we train using bodyweight and free equipment using functional movements that work all muscle groups. In addition to achieving a toned and fit body, we also improve your strength, power, speed, balance, flexibility, and endurance.

Hyrox®

In Hyrox, we train by combining running with very basic functional movements. In addition to burning calories and losing fat, you also improve your endurance.

Our Services

Group Training

When you become a member of our group classes that are held at certain times every day, you can participate unlimitedly. All of our group classes can be attended by members of all levels and ages. 2-3 coaches enter the class at the same time, we teach you the movements step by step and modify them according to your level.

Personal Training

In personal training classes, where we arrange the day and time according to you, your coach designs your program according to your goals, teaches you the movements and helps you reach your goal faster.
