A high intensity workout program which is in the heart of CrossFit®, is more effective than low or medium intensity workouts.

The functional movements that you do in workouts increases your life quality by helping you to move more comfortable and efficient in daily life and reduce the risk of injury.
You can see the improvements in your scores when you do it regularly. You can track how more powerful that you’ve become by trying your single repetition maximum in weighted movements.
Routine prevents progress. Many gyms have the mentality of making one do “this much sets and reps” which is very different than ours. We break the monotone and improve together.

• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 – 16:00
