Impact and Efficiency

By doing CrossFit’s shorter high intensity workouts rather than long duration low to medium intensity workouts, you can not only use your time more efficiently but also reach your goals faster.

The functional movements that you do in workouts increases your life quality by helping you to move more comfortable and efficient in daily life and reduce the risk of injury.

We can scale all workouts and exercises according to experience and goals. This way, even someone who didn’t do CrossFit before can benefit from the workouts as much as an experienced athlete.

Routine prevents progress. Many gyms have the mentality of making one do “this much sets and reps” which is very different than ours. We break the monotone and improve together.



Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 07:30 – 20:00
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 – 16:00

Be on time!

Be ready to workout 10 minutes prior to your session.

CrossFit® is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. These movements help you to develop 10 general physical skills: stamina, endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
